Based in the heart of New York, Bonchon is a franchise specialized in Korean-style fried chicken and a variety of savory Asian fusion dishes. Bonchon has travelled far and wide from Busan, South Korea, to become the internationally loved brand it is today. After the success of Bonchon in the coastal city of Busan in 2002, the brand quickly expanded worldwide. The first overseas location opened in Fort Lee, New Jersey in 2006, where the debut of Seh’s super-crispy chicken, glazed in two delectable flavors – a savory soy-garlic sauce or spicy sauce, gained widespread acclaim. This was soon followed by locations in Washington DC and 85 others throughout the country. Bonchon has risen to fame, due to the popularity of its one of a kind fried chicken. Bonchon has become a household name in Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Myanmar, Philippines, (Bangladesh, and the Vietnam / coming soon) with over 300 locations spanning across TWELVE countries.
