We created our signature sauce in Korea back in 2002, and have kept our original recipe ever since. Every piece of Bonchon chicken is double-fried, then hand brushed with our signature sauce. 

Bonchon in Korean means “My Hometown.” Our founder, Jinduk Seo, started selling his famous double-fried chicken on the beaches of Busan, South Korea. More than simply building a business, Seo dreamed of sharing his hometown flavors across the different countries and cultures. In 2006, we opened our first U.S. location and have been sharing his original recipe across more than 95 locations ever since.
