Message to Customers: COVID – 19

Friends of Bonchon,

We have entered into a time where a global issue is impacting our day-to-day lives on an unprecedented scale. Our hearts go out to all of those who have been affected by Coronavirus both directly and indirectly.

I want to reach out and let you know that, at Bonchon, our first priority is the safety of our customers and our team members. As part of that safety protocol, we have implemented stringent procedures taking a series of steps to ensure our restaurants are enforcing cleaning, food safety and guest safety standards set forth by the CDC, OSHA and local health departments. As this situation continues to evolve, we are prepared to adapt our approach to maintain a safe environment for all.

With that in mind I want to thank you for your continued support of Bonchon. Our restaurants are owned and operated by small business owners who are counting on your loyalty now more than ever. If you can’t visit us in person, you can have your meal delivered right to your door by ordering through one of the major delivery apps like DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub or PostMates, several of which are offering free first-time deliveries. Most of our restaurants can be found on at least one of these apps and our unique cuisine tastes just as good in the comfort of your own home.

While we love being called “the gold standard of fried chicken” we’d like to think our gold standard is more about you, our loyal customer. The word “Bonchon” means “hometown.” We’re proud to be a part of your hometown and family. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you through this unique time and for many years to come.
