WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a General Manager with strong business acumen and proven transformational leadership skills ready to lead a team within a growing fast-casual restaurant chain. S/he will have the capability to develop a team and oversee the FOH and BOH operations, budget, planning, and overall sales strategy. We want a multi-tasker who’s efficient, energetic, and loves what they do. The General Manager will inspire a sales driven and team-oriented work culture. To be successful in this role, the individual will possess a thoughtful leadership and confident decision-making, helping our team members develop and be productive, while ensuring a profitable business. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

THE ROLE

Partner with the Regional Manager and Operations VP on sales, marketing, and operations initiatives
Oversee day to day operations
Manage and maintain budget and optimize expenses
Implement and enforce policies and procedures
Train, develop, and onboard new team member according to Bonchon best practices
Support kitchen, servers, and hosts as needed to ensure business is running efficiently
Ensure cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen are meeting Bonchon standards
Develop a workforce with a best in class service model
Deliver above and beyond customer service addressing all received complaints
Manage delivery orders and walk in services with urgency and professionalism
Order and monitor tracking of product and supplies
Conduct monthly inventory audit
Assist with prime cost and inventory report
Track and update waste reporting
Execute opening, transition, and closing procedures
Other duties assigned by Management

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

2 year of restaurant Front of House management experience
1 years of kitchen and Back of House management experience preferred
3-5 years of hospitality experience
Must have strong food and beverage knowledge
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, bookeeping, etc.)
Must have a team oriented, sales and service driven attitude
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Must be able to stand, bend, and move during shift duties
Must be able to lift minimum of 40 lbs.
Food Handler’s Certification is a plus
